Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is our
primary map for couples therapy.

EFT has become the gold standard of therapy for couples (EFCT). More recently, adaptations have been developed for working with families and individuals. Studies have shown EFT to be effective in couples with depression, infertility, affairs, PTSD, and many other populations and situations.

Who can EFCT help?

These are some of the populations or challenges that research has demonstrated that EFCT is effective in treating:
Female Survivors of Sexual Abuse
• Veterans with PTSD
One Partner has Advance Stage Cancer
Infidelity and other Betrayals
