Online Reschedule Step-by-Step

In addition to viewing your next appointment and all upcoming appointments online with Therapy Portal, you can now:
• View openings and request to reschedule1
• Request to cancel appointments1
• Request additional appointments

Step by Step Guide: Requesting an additional or rescheduled appointment:

  1. Log into Therapy Portal at: therapyportal.com/p/navigate98020/ or using the link you were emailed when you started therapy2
  2. Under the “Upcoming Appointments” section of the home page:
    • If you want to reschedule a future appointment, click [Manage Appointments] (continue to step 3) 
      You can request appointments within the next 4 weeks.
    • If you want to request to reschedule your next appointment, click on the [] to the right of the appointment listing. (skip to step 4)
  3. On the “Appointments” page:
    • click either on the date and time of the appointment you want to change or on the [] to the right of the appointment information. (go to step 4)
    • To request an additional appointment, click [Request Appointment]. (go to step 5)
      If you open an appointment more than 4 weeks in the future and attempt to reschedule it, you can cancel the existing appointment but will not be able to view or request appointment times that far into the future.
  4. On the Appointments page for a specific appointment, you may request to reschedule an appointment (continue to step 5) or request to cancel an appointment. 
  5. On the Request Appointment page you might need to update the Location. 
  6. click on the[] to pick a location:
    1. for tele-therapy appointments choose “Any Available Location”. 
    1. for in person appointments for a specific office, choose telehealth for the location of choice. In step 7 you will write “in person” in “Message to Practice”. 
      (Seattle: Monday & Tuesday; Federal Way: Wednesday to Friday)
  7. Click [View Available Times]
  8. Pick from available appointment times.
  9. Before clicking [Submit Request] for face-to-face appointments write “in person” in “Message to Practice” box.
  10. You will receive an email confirming or declining the appointment request typically within 24 hours. 

Remember when canceling and rescheduling appointments, the time is reserved for you and you are responsible for the fee when you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

After an extended period of inactivity your account gets disabled. To renew your account, request to have your password reset by emailing Amy at atoomey@cascadetherapybilling.com.
