“Understanding Your Relationship’s Enemy” is for couples want to understand the conflict and disconnection cycle that takes over their relationship. Couples not currently in therapy can participate and will be connected with a therapist or coach to facilitate their after class “break-out conversations.” All couples need to meet either with their current EFT couples therapist, or with therapist C4R connects you with for the course.

Each class will include instruction, discussion, and exercises. Then, after most session you will have exercises to complete individually Finally, with an EFT therapist you will review your individual exercise and your therapist will facilitate one or more exercises in session.
If you don’t have a couples therapist currently, we will connect you with a therapist to facilitate the after class exercises.

Based on Principles of EFT

Understanding Your Relationship’s Enemy is based on the principals of EFCT. The leaders will collaborate with your therapist to ensure seamless support. Also, this class incorporates Christian principles in a way that respects each person’s right to accept or reject those principles based on their own beliefs.
