EFIT offers a structured and individualized approach to help people address challenges lik anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship problems. EFIT provides a roadmap to transform restricted emotional patterns and rewrite narratives created during traumatic experiences.
EFT is our primary modality. While working with individuals we sometimes incorporate other modalities of therapy.
