I’m passionate about working with couples to strengthen their relational bond and improve emotional connection. While serving as a Chaplin at the VA hospital in Seattle I discovered the joy of helping others find comfort in the midst of pain. This inspired me to earn my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). I then completed a post-graduate program in Medical Family Therapy. I anticipate finishing a second graduate degree, a master’s in divinity (MDiv) in fall 2026.

I am from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and am fluent in Mongolian, Russian, and English, bringing valuable cultural and linguistic diversity to Infinity EFT. After gaining experience in emotionally focused therapy, I plan to return to Mongolia where mental health support is scarce.

I am committed to working with couples looking to strengthen relational bonds and improve emotional connection. My primary clinical lens is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have completed both introductory and intermediate training in EFT with couples. I also have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and am currently enrolled in Level 1 IFS training. These trainings reflect my commitment to advanced clinical development and evidence-based practice. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while integrating a thoughtful sensitivity to clients’ emotional and spiritual needs.
