1. After using the button (above) to open Infinity’s new client appointment request form, click “SELECT” next to Dennis’ Name
2. Click “SELECT” next to EFT Intensive Consultatoin.
2. Click “SELECT” under your prefered locaiton:
If you select “SP-Online, you will recieve a zoom link for the consult with your apponitment confirmation.
