  • Couple or Family Therapy,
    75 minutes – $233*
    50 minutes. – $155
  • Individual Therapy,
    53 minutes – $155

* We recommend 75 minute session and a half appontments for couple and family therapy.

Insurance Coverage:

I do not bill or accept insurance.
I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
I do offer a sliding fee scale.

My passion is helping parents and teens create healthy, safe, bonded relationships where parents are Accessible, Responsive, and Engaged and teens are able to explore their world while still maintaining connection to their roots. I desire to help couples experience relationship transformation like Dennis and I discovered though EFT. Before our journey, we were stuck in a cycle of never-ending conflict – maybe a different subject, but always the same feeling of disconnection with no resolution. Now, whenever we experience rupture, we are able to quickly repair and resolve any issue. I also believe that individuals can greatly benefit from therapy through an EFT lens.

I took a break from practicing as a therapist to help our kids get settled after moving to Washington. I relaunched my therapy practice in January 2023. Dennis and I have been co-leading marriage groups and workshops for 20 years. I have co-facilitated Hold Me Tight Couples Workshops and Created for Relationship workshops and courses with Dennis and other leaders. More recently I have helped facilitate Hold Me Tight – Let Me Go workshops for teens and their parents with Dennis.

I was born in southern California and moved to Alaska when I was two. I currently live in the Puget Sound area with Dennis and our two “kidults.” I am a voracious reader and enjoy devouring fiction and non-fiction alike. I love to snuggle up with my family and watch and rewatch new and favorite films.
